Also, you say about people voting yes even when they couldn't have even played the game. While that may be true, the same could have said about people that voted no. Every individual can participate in the voting sooo, yeah.
13 Jul 7:43 2020
If people get creative again, we can have newer pokemon gen sets just like Ruby and Sapphire. While that isn't guaranteed, it helps that anyone can be a dev and do this exact thing to help the site grow.
13 Jul 7:46 2020
I never said i was doing gsc. Also i dislike the rs set being split because theres no reason stuff should be arbitrarily locked to one of the games. id rather have one complete set than 2 50% of sets
13 Jul 7:47 2020
And usually, the third "special" game in every gen is the one that gets the better content, so that's why they have like both games that are almost the same with basically the same set, and the third one gets the most creative approach. IMO.
13 Jul 7:48 2020
rs was originally going to be 1 set but the dev chickened out at the last second out of fear of being attacked by the pokemon fanbase.
13 Jul 7:49 2020
damn...
13 Jul 7:53 2020
If they're going to be split id at least prefer the black/white approach where its different devs working on it. Id rather 2 different complete sets than 2 halves of a single set
13 Jul 8:01 2020
"At least they should have had any announcements on the page since not everyone has discord" i posted on the front page and merge still won for firered
13 Jul 12:25 2020
Yeah, no one gives you credit for handling FRLG really well and winning fair and square.
13 Jul 15:44 2020
I'm willing to bet that the people voting are smashing through achievements and the people not voting are like me and didn't even know there was voting.
13 Jul 15:46 2020
Obviously I didn't want a merge because going through both games twice to complete a relaxing game only to be told that the game was getting updated to require ANOTHER playthrough of a game I've complete a billion times was just annoying.
13 Jul 15:47 2020
Catering to the die hards that want to complete endless updated achievements is fine, but if the voting system doesn't work to make everyone happy, maybe just have each set separated by the person making it. So we can earn achievements and complete
13 Jul 15:48 2020
games based on the sets made by the different people. Then I will have completed a game without doing 200 achievements and I can move on to the next without feeling like I could have grinded more to satisfy an OCD compulsion.
13 Jul 16:30 2020
if the set wasnt merged you would most likely have to play the game 2 more times instead of just once.
13 Jul 21:16 2020
If it wasn't merged or amended, I wouldn't have to play the games any more times because I would still have the original author's set complete.
14 Jul 2:41 2020
idk man, if people complained that way for some reason it will be, although I admit that if each game has different achievements separately would have been interesting, I mean, it's more justified to play the same game as you say.
29 Jul 7:46 2020
Not sure if it's just Blue version or not. I've had a few achievements just not work on Blue.. I will try with Red version and see if there's any difference..
4 Aug 16:16 2020
blue does not work with my version here, red works fine.
4 Aug 16:25 2020
blue is a better version of pokemon why go with red? Man this revision does not goes well. Blue points is lost? Some achievements are super boring and worst, misseable. The other set is was a fine set, this work like boring mess shoud be a extra.
