For those curious, no, achievements aren't possible with the current state of the emulator and achievement system, due to how the memory positions work in 3rd gen Pokemon.

My experience was that you could pinpoint some memory, but not nearly enough to make a decent set from it.

This RAM is so much more organized and less dynamic than Emerald's. Pokedex, everything in the bag, money and play time just to note a few things that are stable in Sapphire and not in Emerald. This set should be no problem compared to Emerald, and more should be possible. I'm working on it. I think Ruby's RAM is extremely similar, if not identical, so I'm doing that immediately after.

Ruby should be identical, just like Red/Blue and Gold/Silver. I just assumed since the FireRed and LeafGreen used the same engine as Ruby/Sapphire, that it would be difficult (could never pinpoint anything in those games).

I'm removing the support for this set soon to merge Sapphire with the Ruby set, if you want to start playing Sapphire, please wait until the revision is online (in 1 or 2 weeks probably).

Plans have changed and now instead of merging the games Sapphire is getting a new revision too, the -probably- final list of achievements is here.

Edited the code of the set to make it compatible with every region, changed the names and rescored the set a little bit to prepare it for the upcoming revision, finally, changed the achievement badges.

Things to note here too:
This achievement can look a bit evil, but believe me it's doable, be careful though with the level of the pokemon you are doing this with, because due to how battle tower works in ruby/sapphire, you won't be able to enter to the level 50 mode if your pokemon is above that level.

doesn't require a strict timing, just don't randomly stop or go too fast, however, if you listen to Pallet Town theme you will notice a little stop, you will have to reproduce that stop here as well.

Finally, for you can use Sapphire exclusive pokemon (Lotad, Lombre, Ludicolo, Sableye, Seviper and Lunatone), as well as pokemon exclusive to Ruby and Sapphire that don't appear in Emerald (Surskit, Masquerain, Meditite, Medicham and Roselia).

there's a tile in brawly's gym that has an extra statue event on it. You just need to talk to that spot in the wall

probably gonna end up getting demoted for being a glitch but i mean it's not very game breaking so hopefully it stays

I tried to make a hint with the badge because that kind of wall only appears in that gym, but with the bw background it isn't too noticeable unfortunately.
